Day 1 : Arrival Kota Kinabalu - Sabah
It was Singapore National Day. We celebrated Singapore's 42 years old birthday by going for a long
planned holiday - Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia.

Yahooo~~ Our adventure begined here...

We started off at 2.45pm from home to JB via Woodland Custom. The Custom checkpoint was quite
busy because of the public holiday. It took me 45 mins to enter JB. Then we headed off Larkin Bus
Terminal, we planned to take a bus to airport there. However, we missed one bus and we would be late
if we wait for the next bus. So we decided to take a cab to Senai Airport (RM35).

We arrived Senai Airport at 5.25pm and checked in at 5.35pm. Our Air Asia flight departed at 6.20pm,
pretty on time.

It was a smooth flight all the way to KK. In about 2 hours time, we reached KK Airport. It was 8.30pm.

Our friend Shirley and her friend, Ah Ping fetched us at the Airport and sent us to our hotel - Pantai Inn
which locates at the center of the town.

When we reached the Pantai Inn, we saw they hung a whiteboard outside the hotel written "FULL".
Luckily, our Shirley has booked the hotel for us in advance. In fact, the hotel called Shirley twice to
double confirm our arrival. It seems their business is really good man. (RM73.20 a standard room per
day).

We have our dinner at a Hong Kong resturance at Wisma Warisan, one of the shopping malls in town.

After the dinner, we took a walk at the beach opposites to the Wisma Warisan. The most famous Disco,
Pubs & Bars are all over there along the seaside. It looks like Clark Quey at Singapore.
